I'm working WW this week, I had not been and today I feel pretty good -- I stayed on track yesterday and see this morning that I've lost 2 pounds. I am doing my best to stay consistent and JOURNAL. If I don't journal, I ultimately make up Molly's WeightWatchers and suddenly my point maximum is 40. Ha. Keep it up girls, we're on this journey together.

I'm back at it today. I slipped off the trail for a few weeks... but I'm back today. I'm starting over. Isn't it great that every day we can start over??

I've been a little missing in action, and after snooping around your page, it looks like you have been, too. :) Just stopping by to say hi and hope you're doing OK!

I started over this morning... I've been feeling really lousy about myself as of late. Today I have had a cup of coffee and a banana so far, I have found that I HAVE to write everything down or I will just blow the day in points. Heidi, thank you for the encouragement. You look wonderful by the way, you're doing great! Keep in touch.

Keep at it. Take it slow. Forgive yourself. Move on. I hope you can find the strength to keep going and don't get too discouraged. Plain and simple: this losing weight thing sucks, but I told myself that if I want to feel better about myself, I HAVE to do it. Learn from your mistakes and start over fresh the next day. Give yourself a break, too. I think you look great "as is", but I know YOU want to feel better about yourself. I completely understand. Best of luck and continue to enjoy your summer.

Hi Molly, How are you doing? It looks like you haven't posted in awhile...kind of like me. :) Sometimes summer is such a busy time of year. I hope you're still working hard at feeling good.
