About Me:
Graduate student that started WeightWatchers in January 2007 to lose weight for my wedding (September 2007). I've lost about 25 lbs and while I no longer actively attend meetings I still use the points system. Currently I'm working on losing a few pounds for summer and I'm up and running a 5K almost every morning.

When I train for any event, I run intervals. That helps me to keep a steady pace and last the distance. Depending on your running level, you can run for 9 minutes and fast walk for one. If 9 is too much then bump it down to 5. That really helps me.

We recently moved from CA so now that I have the weather to deal with, I work out on my elliptical machine.
