Well...I just moved to Dallas in Jan 08 and I work for MetLife, I'm 23 and have been "overweight" in varying degrees for the majority of my life...and I'm really tired of it. I'm very athletic and love being outdoors, but now its hard for me to do the things I love doing because of my post college weight gain...I think alot of my weight gain is due to smoking which caused me to become very lethargic...I have quit smoking however so I hope my energy levels increase as I start working out and eating better...also junk food and fast food are killing me. I can relate with the quitting smoking, junk food, and maybe not soo much just fast food but eating out in general. Congrats on the quitting smoking as that is one huge step in the right direction!!!
