I think it's been about a month since I've been here. I usually blogged & surfed Blog to Lose from work....well, work has blocked this site! ugh! Of course, summer is crazy and logging in from home hasn't happened until now.
So - an update regarding my weight loss...I'm down to 191 - 10 lbs since I joined Blog to Lose (I think). YAY!!!
I was also part of a Biggest Loser competition at work and I won! $200 in my wallet. That was awesome!

I was down 3.2 pounds yesterday at my WI. I was STUNNED! I'm at the lowest weight in probably 3 1/2 years....yay!
When asked by my WW leader what I did, all I could say was that I counted my points religiously Mon-Fri and just watched my portions & my 'full' factor on the weekend.
I'm back into Weight Watchers now. It's a great plan - I always knew it was a great plan. But I haven't been following thru - but that is done. I'm counting now and assessing how full I feel and I feel fantastic.…

I've stayed on points for 3 days. I am so darn proud of myself - I've done Weight Watchers for so long, that I had pretty much stopped counting! I hate to admit that, but I've got to be honest with myself. I was just guessing that I was within my point range. Guess what? I wasn't. Guess what? I haven't lost weight in a while. DUH!! It feels good to track, write everything down, and 'budget' my food.

Sometimes I feel like blogging (this is my feelings toward it personally - do not be offended by anything I say here!) is kind of like me screaming for attention. And I hate attention. Tuesday's are my Day 1 for Weight Watchers. It always feels great to have my 'start over' day! It's a new week! I'll post later with my WI numbers.
It's almost noon and all I've eaten is 2 pts - yogurt with fresh fruit. I have a nasty cold/cough/sore throat and my appetite is zilch. I'm also not working out because of how I've been feeling, so my hunger levels are definitely lower.
I'll still count points today but will be focusing on feeling better. I miss my work outs!
