I had another great weigh in this week...down 3.6 pounds!!!! I can hardly believe it. I ate well all week but didn't get a chance to work out much. I'm so happy!
Only 4.6 more pounds and I will have lost 50 pounds. Hoping I'll hit that mark in the next two weeks.

So after a week of working out, doing awesome at counting points during the day, and messing up a few times with going out to eat and going over my points....I lost 1.8 pounds!
I'm so happy and feel even more motivated to make this coming week even better.
My goals this week are to:
1. Work out at least 4 times but shoot for 6.
2. Eat all meals at home. I went out too many times last week.
3. Up my veggie intake.

Last time I posted was May 28th. I had every intention to blog consistently but obviously that hasn't happened! Work is busy and life always seems more hectic in the summer.
I'm really happy with how I'm doing on Weight Watchers and with exercising. I've been planning, planning, planning and it really seems to be paying off. I decided about 2 weeks ago that I would exercise 6 times per week, even if it is just a short walk with my dog. So far, so good!

I've been slacking on updating my blog the last two weeks. Work has been crazy, I had finals at school, and I took 2 days off of work around Memorial Day for a 5 day weekend. It was amazing to have all that time off!

I had a fun weekend but it was terrible for eating. We had friends over both Friday and Saturday and then Sunday was Mother's Day. I had good intentions of eating well yesterday but then we ordered pizza.
I seriously need to get back on track. I have good intentions to do it but never do. I need to JUST DO IT.
