About Me:
Fell off the fitness wagon almost 8 years ago and although I've ran after it a bit, I never jumped back on. I miss running, lifting weights, and being fit and healthy. I don't want to loathe myself in order to get in shape. I want to find a way to work through the stops in life and stop chasing my tail.

Monday, June 2nd

Well, I drank more water than I even hoped to drink -- over 6 glasses AND I did the Wii Fit step exercising and some strength training for a total of 50 minutes. I didn't count my points, but I didn't eat like a maniac. I'm enjoying this Wii Fit. When I'm too fit for it (fingers crossed), I'll be ready to really get back into running again.

Tomorrow, Tomorrow, There's Always Tomorrow ...

but no, there's not. Tomorrow is not a guarantee. Still, I made plans for June the 2nd. After seeing myself on a monitor in Wal-Mart and being sandwiched between my two thin men (son and husband), I just know things have to change. And how can they change if I don't change? I've already starting using my Wii Fit, but tomorrow (if I get one), I will: - 30 points - Wii Fit for at least 45 minutes - 6 glasses of water

Fourth day today. I wonder if I should be counting them like this. I'm doing well though. I still need to tweak the eating though. Isn't that always the way? Well, no usually I'm not exercising or drinking water too, so hey, I'm being consistent -- kinda.
