Okay, so I've been TOTALLY slacking off with exercise lately. I know that full time work + commute is a harder exercise situation than being a student on a large, safe university campus, but I have no excuse. I went to the doctor's office yesterday and for the first time in my life, I got a pleasant surprise when I stepped on the scale. I was wearing all of my clothes and had just eaten lunch, but the scale told me that I was 128.5 lbs! Now, this scale might run a bit lighter than my home scale, but I have never in my life had a happy surprise on the doctor's scale before. Never.

I've been toying for awhile with the idea of starting a food blog. I would still show up here, of course. There are so many things that I like about the new community...it's a much more flexible format than the old weightwatchen blogs and I've connected with so many new people on this site.
