Busy, but doing good!

I am a photographer and do a ton of events. This weekend I did a bar mitzvah at a really nice country club. The food was FANTASTIC! (we get to eat the same food as the guests. ) I indulged but it was worth it. Plus I was on my feet all night and ate light during the day. (Planning is so key for me when I am shooting an event.) Update on Last night...

I did GREAT! I'm really proud of myself. I didn't eat for no reason all night! :) I had an extra sugarfree popcicle, but for 1 point, I'm fine with that! Today has also been great. I haven't gone on my run yet, I've been working all day. It might not happen, but I'm not worried about that. Exercising isn't my problem. (I really enjoy it!) More later... Gabby

Bewitching Hour....(or should I say Hours!)

My worst time of day....after dinner, while watching TV, before I go to bed! So far so good with my eating today. I just had dinner....and what a de-lish one it was! Tilapia with dill, pepper and mustard cooked in the microwave in one of those steamer ziplock backs. Then some roasted cauliflower. Yum! For dessert a sugar free fudgsicle. I am on track and will not much for no reason. I will have some popcorn or a sugar free popsicle. :) More tomorrow. GABBY

Eating great today!

So, today my eating has been great. Coffee and a banana for an early morning snack. Then quinoa salad (I'll have to post the recipe...it's YUMMY!) with a low fat chicken sausage. Then later I had a cup of berries with greek yogurt. I'm off to work...will post dinner later... :) GABBY

Just got back from my run

I love running! I do it with my dog and she keeps me going. (But my run is a fast walk for her! LOL) I did 45 minutes and burned 408 calories. I have an awesome heartrate monitor. A Suunto T1. LOVE it! :) G
