Food As A Thing

It's funny how as soon as we start to diet, food becomes some big Thing in our minds. It should be sensible. Cook two or three veggies at dinner instead of one, " but more, "I ate 1 tablespoon of this and 1/4 cup of that, but without the sugar so I replaced it with a piece of something else..." Walk It Out

Is it just me, or do I always choose one of the worst weeks to try and motivate myself? It's been raining for almost a week! Thunderous rain. I wouldn't mind going for a stroll in a shower but throw some electricity in there and I'm staying inside. Starting out...

I keep looking for blogs of people just like me, so I can pick up their exercise habits and eating habits and magically steal their weightloss for myself. But everyone's a little older, a little shorter, a little heavier or a little lighter.
