I have about 30 pounds totally to lose for health reasons. I am 62 years old and right now don't feel 62 years young. I am planning on getting my vigor back. Got knocked down with a medical scare in February and am slowing coming back. I joined WW in the end of January then the medical scare and over $10,000 of testing and no reason for the chest pains. So am slowing getting into exercising and better eating habits. Trying to remember to journal and make better decisions, when traveling, about my foods.
