I have been battling weight since my teenage years. On again, off again as so many of us endure. Three months ago we adopted a dog and I made a commitment to walk said pup every morning. Come rain or shine. And I have. For three months I have walked my dog for 30 - 40 minutes a day. We walk up hills, we walk around our neighborhood, we never use the same path.
