I'm 38. I've always struggled and I didn't appreciate it when I was at a reasonable weight. I quit smoking, got married, had 2 kids and the weight went through the roof. Two years ago, I read You on a Diet and it made a big impact. I didn't expect to backslide because it is such a good way to think and eat, but I fell off the wagon and haven't been able to find a motivation since. I'm terrified I will end up with diabetes, and I want to be a positive role-model for my kids, but . . . I'm not going to make any grandiose plans just see how I do today.
Plan of Choice:
Low Fat, High Fiber
