Happy dance! I broke the 130 and I don't mean 129ish I mean pure 129! I won't fully claim it until I hold it for 3 days but it feels great! again!

Goals v. Results

Something struck me this weekend: Goals are completely different than results. I had set for myself certain "goals" which were target 'weigh ins.' This is counterproductive. These are actually results I want to achieve. When I don't achieve these goals, I beat myself up. This is ridiculous. Results (as all the fine prints say) are not a guarantee and may vary. There are some things we have no control over, changes in hormones, bloating, etc. What I need to do is set achievable goals. My goals wi… Continue

I'm convinced, I will break 130 by Tuesday! Is that ridiculous - it's the weekend. I am going to hold myself to it no matter what! My weekend goal is to sweat everyday. I saw the goal of 3,000 cal/burn a week and I am inspired. That is too high of a goal for me but I'm thinking I could pull-off 2,400. I need to break my plateau. Continue

Feeling Better

I'm feeling much better today. I worked to just past midnight, getting some work caught up. I'm fuzzy today but at least I was able to get some things behind me. I did eat too many chocolate covered flax chips. (Can you believe they even make these?) It's a new day!

Week Three - 130 again

Here I am, week 3 and holding at 130. This is where I always get to and quit. I need to push past this mark. I ate a crusted quiche again today! It wasn't even that great. I just wanted it. I just went online to find a crustless weight watchers version to calm my cravings. I'm back to being active about 5xs a week again. I've just been so busy. My body looks so much better it's just there are so many clothes in my closet that I still don't fit!!! My hips are stuck at 38inches. If I could only ge… Continue

i know what you mean, a lot of people, when they find out i want to loose weight, think im crazy, and think i look good. but i dont only want to do it to look better [i personally think i could do without some lbs], but i want to feel better! when i lost that 15lbs the first time, i felt so much better! and it is hard to lose 15lbs because it seems like not much, so its almost like you feel like you can bend the rules a bit, when maybe its not always the best idea.
