WOW--it's been a while since I've posted. This wedding stuff is getting out of control. (Bachelorette party on SATURDAY!!!) My maintenance mode has been pretty much eat what you want, but exercise portion control and make good choices. I've been doing well, still in my maintenance window. My natural weight fluctuates so much that I try to stay between 131 and 135. If I go over that, I will definitely go back to strict point control.

I feel like my blog has been neglected! I haven't been writing b/c honestly, I haven't been doing very good. I feel like I want to revert back to my "normal" eating habits of before losing, but I know if I do that I will gain everything back. I have been writing down what I eat, but not nearly as religiously as I did when I was losing. I find myself eating things I NEVER would have touched while I was losing, and I don't even WANT them. I am so sore and stiff I cant' even sit at my desk comfortably! The fiance and I landscaped our yard all weekend, which consisted of me kneeling on cement and bent over digging in the dirt....EVERYTHING HURTS! Top that off with a yoga/pilates class last night, and my 5:00 yoga today, and I'll be hurting all week :) I was pretty good on the food front this weekend (save for a pizza episode last night and a champs ice cream cone after landscaping)....oh wait, there was movie theatre popcorn on Sun…

I feel great today! The weather's nice, I'm back OP, and I have a sunny outlook. Getting ready for the wedding is starting to stress me out a little, but I'm sure everything will fall together eventually. But I certainly tried this weekend. All I have to say is UGH! I left this weekend with every intention of staying on track, and somewhere late Friday night, all ambition left my body. I was caught up in the bachelor/bachelorette mindframe of "Party while you can." All well. I can't take it back. I did my weekly weigh-in this morning, and I gained 2 lbs as a result of my weekend. It's going to be tough in the upcoming weeks, but I need to reassure myself that I CAN DO THIS!!!!!
