I am a 26 year old nursing student, who is juggling school and working full time. I lost about 75 pounds before with an extremely restrictive diet and a trainer. But I put all the weight back on over the course of two years. So I am now struggling once again to lose the weight again. This time I want to eat healthy and in a way that is doable. To this I am on weight watchers, so as I go on this journey, although it seems all up hill, I know I will get where I need to be.

They sound yummy! I will have to give it a try! I love the light english muffins. I use them instead of buns for burgers now. It amazes me the things we come up with to eat what we like but watch our points. I am very stingy with my points! lol
I haven't been sleeping at all this week!!! I think I just have too much on my mind right now. I think I slept last night. I don't remember being awake. lol
In your post yesterday (I think it was yesterday anyway) you talked about making breakfast sandwhiches. Do you make them for the entire week? What do you put on them?
