About Me:
I'm a single girl who has always struggled with my weight! I am looking to take my weight loss seriously and needed a support network!

I've always been the fat kid in the family. Which is fine, I got used to it, became funny and never really felt like I was hindered by my weight. I lost a significant amount of weight on Weight Watchers a few years ago. I felt great, started running and was in a good place. Three years later I am at my all time highest weight and ready to start taking it off again.

7. I want to run a marathon

Things I am LOVING right Now

1. My Morning work out with my dad! I love feeling like I am done with the gym by the time work starts. Also I LOVE getting a chance to talk with my dad about random stuff. He is a good sport for driving 20 Minutes to meet at the gym close to my work place. 2. Great Harvest High 5 Fiber bread- Its a local bread company, but i love that I get 5 grams of fiber in each slice. (yeah each piece is 2 points, but I eat one with my breakfast and love it) 3. I have too many points?

Ok this is going to sound dumb. I joined weight watchers. I marked all my food. I looked at my points target. I ate all day, and didnt come close to my points. WHAT IS THE DEAL? I know I have been eating healthier, and cutting down my portions, but really making it about half way to my points target. Did anyone else have this problem? Obviously I get tons of points for weighing so much. Did you just keep eating? Let me know I am feeling a little stuck!

Joining Weight Watchers

I DID IT! I joined today. I figured that I have been in and out so much that I need a better plan to help me get excited about weight loss, plan my meals and hold me accountable!!! I am excuted about it. I even went home and wrote points values on all of my food. so here we go!

I am back

Ok so I went MIA for a while there. And luckly I haven't gained any weight. I have been traveling a lot for work and family stuff. I am ready to get back and get excited again about a healthy life!!!!

Thanks for the comment on my wall! I have been so busy the past few weeks, and then went away, so I am feeling all out of sorts and a little removed from BTL. It is nice to see that I am missed!
