I have certainly been lurking and keeping up on everyone. But, I haven't posted about me for a while. July and August were both very challenging months. DH hit a few bumps in the road that we worked through together. The bumps made life just a little more challenging but (I hope) has helped us both learn we really can get through life together. Sometimes life seems to, well, have a life of it's own. Right now I feel like things have been happening that are truly out side of my control. For the past few weeks, I have been pondering what would truly motivate me to exercise. I have been looking into different types of group exercise and hoping to stumble on inspiration. I checked out everything from Zoomba, to "strippercize", to spin and nothing sounded that great. I never can get comfortable on stationary bikes so spin sounded miserable. Last night at WI I was down 2.8. Yippy! Yay me! And my leader posed an interesting question as I stepped of the scale. She said, "So, what'd ya do?" And I said, "What?" She said, "How'd ya do it?"
