About Me:
I am currently re-starting Weight Watchers for the hundreth time. I have really worked the program in the past but I am having a tough time committing this time around. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been in my life, pushing a bigger size than I have ever worn and dealing with stress levels that I never thought were possible. Oh and if you haven't figured it out yet I turn to food to cope.

Very bad blogger!!!

I have certainly been lurking and keeping up on everyone. But, I haven't posted about me for a while. July and August were both very challenging months. DH hit a few bumps in the road that we worked through together. The bumps made life just a little more challenging but (I hope) has helped us both learn we really can get through life together. Sometimes life seems to, well, have a life of it's own. Right now I feel like things have been happening that are truly out side of my control. Jab, jab, stick...

For the past few weeks, I have been pondering what would truly motivate me to exercise. I have been looking into different types of group exercise and hoping to stumble on inspiration. I checked out everything from Zoomba, to "strippercize", to spin and nothing sounded that great. I never can get comfortable on stationary bikes so spin sounded miserable. "I will only journal on those days I want to lose weight!"

Last night at WI I was down 2.8. Yippy! Yay me! And my leader posed an interesting question as I stepped of the scale. She said, "So, what'd ya do?" And I said, "What?" She said, "How'd ya do it?" Well....last week I journaled everyday and I met my good health guidelines. Hmmm, it really sounds so simple. I think I might do that again next week. I always thought golden doodles were the sweetest dogs - so friendly! My parents have a wheaten terrier and she's great, but I always thought I'd like a doodle some day. Very cute! :)

Hey, thanks. Yes, it is a DVD that lasts about 20 mins. There are three different levels.(Each level is 20 mins). I am on level one right now and it's a butt kicker! It's called "30 day shred" you can get it at best buy or online almost anywhere. I love it. It is circuit training. 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio and 1 min of abs and it repeats for the length of the level.
