Another day, and an amazing 3.7 pounds! The first 24 hours of core always takes 2-3 pounds off of me.
On one hand, that makes me excited. On the other hand, it makes me realize how awful the food is that I eat when I'm not on Core.
For breakfast, I had a banana and skim milk. For lunch, cottage cheese and grapes. Then I had 94% FF popcorn for a snack. For dinner, I had pork loin, a baked potato with ff cheese, and asparagus.
I've packed my lunch for tomorrow already, and I'm prepared.
