Stomach and brain didn't agree

So I am into week 2 of my lifestyle change... I try not to use the word diet. I have set small goals for myself, because I tend to get overwhelmed really easy. My first goal last week was to drink at least 6 glasses of water. I have never been a big water drinker, I prefer tea or kool-aid over water. I finally got it

Ok so forgive me because I have never written a blog.... Last week I took my husband to Las Vegas for his birthday, we could have driven but I thought why not fly, it is quicker and with the price of gas it ended up being cheaper. So we get in the airport and as I remove my shoes to go through security I notice my feet look bigger and my ankles look fat. I figured it was just some water retention and brush it off. Hi! I don't think anyone ever answered your question about how percentages are calculated for the biggest loser competition...so I came to answer you ;o) .

You would take the amount you lost and divide it by the starting weight, then multiply by 100.

For instance: your starting weight was 307.5 and on week 1 you lost 3.3 pounds. So 3.3 / 307.5 = .01 and then .01 * 100 = 1%

Now that I look back...I'm confused. Hmmmm. It says where you posted this week that the week 1 weigh in was 304.2, but she has your results listed (in last week's results thread) as 303.6 for week 1.
