So I am into week 2 of my lifestyle change... I try not to use the word diet. I have set small goals for myself, because I tend to get overwhelmed really easy. You would take the amount you lost and divide it by the starting weight, then multiply by 100.
For instance: your starting weight was 307.5 and on week 1 you lost 3.3 pounds. So 3.3 / 307.5 = .01 and then .01 * 100 = 1%
Now that I look back...I'm confused. Hmmmm. It says where you posted this week that the week 1 weigh in was 304.2, but she has your results listed (in last week's results thread) as 303.6 for week 1.
