About Me:
Hi!!! I'm Stacie!! I just rejoined WW at 165.8. My goal? 30 pounds gone for good by Valentine's Day! I am a very busy person! I work full time, attend night classes and have a family and pets at home! I also just started regularly heading to the gym. I am open to suggestions to help cram the 8GHG into my busy schedule and any accountability buddies would be GREAT!

I went shopping last weekend for a new skirt. I ended up buying two... but anyway! =o) They are both SIZE 10!!! Currently, I wear a size 12 jeans. I told myself that I would not buy anymore 12s or larger. And, to my surprise really, the size 10s FIT! Mental Health Day

I took a mental health day today and have been THOROUGHLY enjoying myself! I had forgotten how much I LOVE being home alone in the middle of the day... it's wonderful! I needed a mental health day. I feel like I've been going going going for so long without a break! I am emotional and mentally drained and feel totally hopeless and a little abandoned. This and That

After a not so wonderful weekend, I am a little disappointed. =o( At WI Saturday, I was up 1.4. =o( I decided that I'm going to chunk my home scale. Seriously... I am addicted to it. I weighed myself 6,7 or 8 times A DAY! So, I've decided to get rid of it and only weigh on WI day at WW. If I stop focusing so much on the number on the scale and more on being healthy, I think my weight loss will be more successful and more long term. Feelin Fine!

So, I awoke this morning with energy and felt great! I went to the gym and walked with an incline for an hour. I had planned to do a little bit of weight lifting too, but just as I was finishing up on the treadmill, a true body builder dude came in to use the weights... protein drink and all. Was that a bad day or what?!

Yesterday was a really, really bad food day for me! agh! I did okay until about 4:00pm. Then pigged out on chips and m-m's. Then I still had a full dinner (salad and baked potato). My body is retaining water from ALL those salty chips I ate so, even though I tried to drink lots of water, my scale shows that I'm up 3 pounds from Satruday's WI. Is there a story behind your profile picture? I have a pair of jeans hanging on my closet door that I am trying to get into. I can get them on but they are snug, hoping a few more pounds will do the trick. I bought them last year and they have been there ever since.

Thanks for the comment, and you are right, we are very much alike. I would love to just be naturally slim, but unfortunately I have about 75 pounds left to go to be there...and I just don't think I can count points for that long! Hee Hee Hee
