Well I must admit that my exercise has not been on plan for the last 2 days. I did not do my 30 minute walk/jog thingy. Today I did get lots of steps in though, hanging out at Universal Studios with the kids. And, I took that stairs, and I didn't use the automated walkways.
We had fun and I got some exercise in. They won't exercise any other way. The kids like to sit and play video and computer games. I HAAAAD to get them out of the house and this is what we did.

It only took me 20 years, I graduated HS in 88. But 2 kids, a divorce and a marriage later, I have done it!!
Now, to get a real job. Hmmmm...
I have accomplished one of my life goals and I am proud. I can't wait until I meet my weight loss goal!!

I just wanted to post a NSV today. I have started doing a new routine with a walk/run combination. I got the mp3 from www.mywalkingmusic.com and was happy to find something that can get me started on training for a 5k.
I currently walk, but wanted something that would help me with my pace. It has a voiceover and music paced to do 1:1 minute ratio of run:walk. You can get as advanced as 10:1. I'll make that my goal. I don't mean to sound like a commercial I am just excited about it and how it ha…

I noticed that a lot of people on the site are WW and listing points etc. I'm not sure how that all works because I personally have never done WW. To date most of my weight loss has been thanks to Medifast, which I am no longer doing verbatim because I can't afford it. Sooooo....I have tried to incorporate the basic concepts into something that I can do. AND I've added exercise into my routine.
