Hello all. I'm Nicole and I need to lose 30 pounds. I plan to use this site to provide accountability for myself. I tend to get frustrated really quickly when I don't get results so I'm going to start this blog by creating some goals that do not include seeing a loss on the scale. I've done weightwatchers in the past but have never been very sucessful. I believe in the program though and want to change the way I eat for life, not just until the extra weight is gone.

The positive is that I am working out. I have a personal trainer once a week and attend a step and cardio box class once a week. But I still want to get out and run!
