i'm so struggling with the hunger in the evening. i ate another luna bar last night, which totally used more weekly points again, which i was trying not to use. then this morning, i looked them up and realized they are FOUR instead of 3.

i'm doing well, after just finishing a great hill walk in the neighborhood.
last night stayed up late and snacked on apples and strawberries, and had black beans with a little light cheese. finished the day at 26 points.
today i've had toast with egg, coffee with milk, banana and strawberries. tonight i'll have chicken and tofu salad at happy hour, for a total of 16 points. then snack on beans tonight.
feeling skinny today, so i'm eager to see the progress when i weight in on sunday. i was 153.8 last week, and my goal is 150!
i ate a full ham sub from subway with extra veggies, mustard and no cheese for 11 points, and then finished the night with spicy cabbage soup, 3 points, for a total of 23, minus 3 or so for activity. if i can stay around 20 for the week, i think this will help boost the weight loss for the month, so i'm trying not to use the extra weekly points.
this morning i had a great run again, and ate my same toast with egg, coffee and two apples for a total of 6 points. more coffee this afternoon, plus brown rice with lots of veggies and my favorite trader joes savory tofu makes 7 more point. i will have shredded white meat chicken with black beans and a little low fat cheese for dinner, for another 4, leaves me with a fruit and yogurt snack tonight before bed... the strawberries right now in california are so great!
just have to get in my push ups and i'm track for the day. thanks to you all for just posting and your positive vibes!

i'm starving though, and it's only 2 30. think i will head out for a subway sandwich, as i have a long evening teaching. i'll also bring carrots and another apple for a snack if i can't make it through to 8.
