Optimistic.

Okay. Let me pre-face this with my weekend last weekend. Did alright food-wise BUT went out to eat THREE times, that's right three. That is a TON for me. When I went out to breakfast I got homemade french toast slathered in TONS of butter and syrup. Then I had pizza twice and went over my two slice limit BOTH times. I hate holidays. :-]

Oh my. I never have time for anything anymore. Ever. It stinks. Work was so crazy busy last week, I had to cover phones all week so I get in this week and my work is a week behind and now I am sitting here covering someone else for the day. My work is not really transferrable or I would have brought it with me. And it is SO hot in this office, it is literally making me sick to my stomach. Seriously, not good. Hum dee dum. Boredom is growing out of my ears at work!

What a weekend. Started off with my sister, boyfriend and I driving downstate to meet my family at Bob’s Bar for dinner. Ended with me calling my sister some very bad words and almost being left stranded downstate. I think the stress of all of her medical problems is building up. She fears the unknown and so far, we know nothing. She used to see a therapist to help but stopped. She definitely needs to go back. She literally had some sort of breakdown Friday night. My week in review.

My daily points allowance is 27. Monday - 26.5 Total Tuesday - 26.0 Total Wednesday - 28.0 Weigh-In : 201.5 Thursday - Total 13.0 before dinner. 14.0 left for dinner. I tried to post all my menus for the week but it looked funny so I didn't. But here's the review even if you can't see it. I'm too tired to re-type it all. I played Waterpolo way back in junior high and high school (15 years ago) but I was a self taught swimmer, so I wasn't that great, but I loved being in the water. I am so glad that I signed up for lessons. There is just something about being in the water...in your own quiet world. :)
