I weighed in yesterday and I couldn't believe it, I lost 5.6 lbs. I don't know what I did this week that was different but I was so excited. This really inspired me to keep at it. I was hoping for a couple of lbs but 5.6, its awesome. I'm 1 lb away from having 70lbs gone. Actually last night at Weight Watchers I received my key chain for having lost my 10 percent again. Since I rejoined Weight Watchers I've lost 29 lbs in 8 weeks. I'm definitely sticking with this program because I know it works…

Its been awhile since I posted, I've been really busy at work but I figured today I'd take the time to let you know what's been going on with me over the past little while. I thought I was doing pretty good, keeping up with my exercises and not going over my points, and when I weighed in on Thursday it showed that I had lost 2.8 lbs which I thought was excellent. I did it. I weighed in tonight and I lost 3.2 lbs. It made up for the gain last week. I was so excited. This made me more determined to keep it up. When you gain you feel like giving up and overeating, which is what I did last week, but this week I had something healthy to eat after I weighed in tonight. Well tomorrow is the big day, my weigh in day. I've really worked hard this week to lose weight. After the 2 pound gain last week I was determined that it wasn't going to happen 2 weeks in a row. I've stuck to my points and I've exercised this week more than ever. My stomach actually aches because I'm so sore from exercising. If I'm not down tomorrow I don't know what else to do. This is my first post since I weighed in on Thursday with a 2 pound gain. The past couple of days have been really good. I've been sticking to my points and doing from 40 to 60 minutes of exercising.
