- Hey my name is Crystal. I have come over here to blogtolose.com by way of weightwatchen. I'm 25 years old and have 2 wonderful little boys, ages 6 and 3. I'm married to a wonderful man who has been very support of my weight loss adventure. I call it an adventure, because I have been up and down the scale my entire life, but this weight loss is my last one. I want to be fit and stay fit. It has been a slow process but hey whatever it takes to get me where I need to be. I have a lot to live for and i'm gonna live it!
