End of Week 2!

Well, I am down 4.6 pounds. I haven't been on here much because I guess I haven't needed much support yet. I am still in the beginning and have that initial motivation and drive. I do wish I would have hit the 5 pound mark though but as Roni says, "You can't complain about a loss!!!' lol My ww leader said something that keeps running through my head when I make my food choices. Why do I want to lose weight?

Maybe it will help me reach my goal if I can figure out why I want to lose the weight to begin with. 1- I want to be a good role model for my son. I don't want him to be teased for being fat like I was. I don't want him to develop an eating disorder like I did. Day 1

Alright. It is time. Tonight I am going to take a before picture and get this done! I am looking at the BMI charts and boy does a healthy weight seem like such a long way to go! We box at a place called Primetime. It's an all boxing gym. We go three days a week. It's a mix between boot camp and technique training. It's a blast. According to my HRM, I burn 500 calories per 45 minutes!!!
