I'm a college senior and hopefully graduating next year. I'm a sociology and religious studies majors. I"m really interested in non-profit work and hope to move to DC after I graduate. I just spent five months studying abroad in Argentina. I hope to lose weight before I graduate next year!

Sometimes I just need to vent

I have not blogged in awhile probably because I've had a hard time following the plan. I just kind of gave up for a week and binged a purged and lost weight. So I figured maybe I could just do again this week, but I gained and felt like crap for trying to reason with myself that I could binge and purge. computer running again!

Finally my computer is working again! It was getting so frustrated especially since I've had this problem before and I haven't even had my computer a year! But the friendly people from Dell fixed me up so hopefully this will be the last of the problems! I weighed in on monday, and lost .8 which was kind of depressing. I know any weight lost is good but for me, it just gets frustrating! I drank a lot of water before the meeting which might have affected it slightly. But in total I have lost 6.2… Continue

just one of thoes days

I seem to always write before bed, i wonder if there is reason. anyways today was a bit of a bad day. one of my best friends from high school stayed over and last night we went to Italian and coldstone. oh what was i thinking. but i dont really use my 35 points a week so i had plenty. but then today i also went to pei wei which is delicious but not necessarily point friendly. so i ended up with like 7 points for dinner and usually i have 20. but i made tuna and a salad and had a cookie for desse… Continue

Fabulous WI

My first weigh in since I've started weight watchers and I lost 5.4 pounds. This is really exciting because my family had a gathering on the 4th of july, i had an amazing but high point bithday cake last night and even went to pei wei for lunch today! But I guess thats what happens when you count points! I know every week wont be that exciting, but it was a great first week. i'm tired and ready to go bed, but felt like I had to share!

Good day so far!

I still have 19 points left for dinner and snack and I went on a walk. I haven't walked for exercise in awhile, so it was more difficult that I thought it would be. It was warm and since I don't sweat, my feet got soo hot in my sneakers so it got a bit uncomfortable. But I made it through it and that was the goal. Having music when I walk also helps so much. People probably think I'm crazy as I'm singing along. My goal right now is to walk twice a week and increase as I go own. My family is hav… Continue
