I am your average gal trying to lose some stubborn post pregnancy weight (also some pounds that have come with hitting my 30's) and I am new to healthy eating and excercise. At this time, I am 2 months in (counting points) and have lost 20 pounds. I have changed my lifestyle (with food and activity) and am loving it!
