i am a grandma of three with two more on the way I have just stopped working to start a daycare and help take care of the grandkids I had gone to weight watcher a couple of years ago and got to my goal weight but have found I can not do it on my own have gained 15 of it back would like to get it back off so I can stay healthy for mysake and the kids. I live a small town so there isn't much to do but it does have a nice place to walk around. I have lived here most of my life and working with a computor is all new for me .

yep family can mess it up. I am determined to get this fat off. I hope I don't change into a bad person as I loose. I know alot of people loose friends and get divorced. I hope to be the same old me in a new body.
