Two days of eating healthier, watching what I eat...and I feel better. Tonight after work the kids, the hub and I all went swimming at our town's wave pool....SOOOO fun! Went from 5 to 7:30 pm, when the sun is golden and the water is sparkly...it was a mini vacation. Nice! And motivating...because one of my biggest goals with weight loss is a breast reduction and lift when I reach my goal weight, and likely a tummy tuck too. Hi everyone! FINALLY. I am on this new community. Been only, gosh, the WHOLE SUMMER since I've blogged. And sadly, it shows. In my jeans. I got busy, which turned into every excuse to not watch what I eat and surprise surprise, after weeks of denial (and not weighing cuz I don't wanna know) I could not button my jeans this morning.
