I am new to the blog to lose. I am a nurse and have finally started taking my "own advice". I am ready to get back in shape for me so that I can be an example for myself as well as my friends and family and the patients that I take care of. I don't have much of a support system in this so I am hoping that this will help me stay accountable for myself and also give me resources to be successful for myself. Any new ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Todays Menu:
Breakfast: Orange juice
Lunch: Ham and Cheese sandwich, Chips, water
Dinner: Mac and Cheese and Baked Potato, Iced Tea
Exercise: Walk Away the Pounds-2 mile
