Out to Eat All Week, but....

I still managed to lose .6!!! Yeah me! I have now officially made drinking water a habit---so no Pepsi. I made better choices and even found myself tired of eating out! Did I just write that? It's true. I want to know what point value I'm putting in my mouth. Eating out makes it so easy to blow my points. Feeling a little more optimistic

I tried really hard to stay on plan all week. I lost .8 on Friday's weigh in....I was happy to have a loss. This is embarrassing to say but I'm at the same weight at week 15 as I was at week 4 or 5. Sigh--oh well...keep trying! This past week was a lot of eating out with birthday celebrations, etc. It continues some next week. I've been trying to plan ahead. Yahoo I lost .2!

Has anyone watched the BBC Show "You Are What You Eat?" A nutrionist will find a person or family to revamp their eating & exercising in 8 week. They always put a table out with all the things they've eaten for a week. One lady averaged 70 lattes a week! It was gross to see them get a huge bucket out and show her how much coffee, fat and sugar went into it. She was ill looking at it. It really makes you think. You're welcome! Glad I could help. I tend to start nibbling between 10 p.m. and midnight, when we're pushing to finish up the next day's paper before our 12:40 deadline. I wish I didn't, but since I know I do, I've stocked my desk with 2-Point granola bars, mini-bags of microwave popcorn (that our microwave burns every time for some reason - it will still be popping fast and be burnt in one spot. Ugh!) and even some light tuna salad kits from Target. (Bumble Bee flavored tunas on crackers. Not too bad!)
