About Me:

My top non-scale, non-clothing-size goals (in no particular order):

  1. Make it up the two flights of stairs without sweating as well as not being completely out of breath.
  2. Be able to hit further and run faster in my co-ed work-league softball games.
  3. Shop in any store...not just Lane Bryant...and find clothes that are me rather than just clothes that fit even though they aren't necessarily my style.
  4. Be able to dance AND sing...I'm a karaoke junkie, but if I move (even a little) during certain songs that I sing I don't have the breath to sing the song correctly. And it's boring (to me) to just stand there, even if I sound good.
  5. Be more comfortable when getting intimate with someone....we'll just leave it at that! ;o)
  6. Be able to easily (and quickly) shave my legs...there's a LOT of area to cover when shaving now, and most times I just don't have the "energy" to bother doing anything more than just the below-the-knee shave.
  7. This is my number 1 reason for starting WW....I want to be a River City Rollergirl!! Don't know what that is? Check them out on MySpace at River City Rollergirls!.
  8. Seems small, but a really big goal to me....bend over without having to hold my breath and struggle to get my socks and shoes on.

Totally yummy!!

BREAKFAST: So, this morning for breakfast I had one of those new D-lights breakfast sandwiches (look in your grocer's frozen breakfast foods section). I had the turkey sausage, egg white and cheese on a croissant...VERY yummy! Actually, I like it MUCH better than Burger Kings croissant sandwiches and any of McDonald's breakfast sandwiches. Took a break...now I'm back

So I took a break from the dieting lifestyle and went back to my old ways. Good news? I didn't gain any weight back! Bad news? I'm still that much further away from my goals. Right now I'm eating the new Lean Cuisine meal - Butternut squash ravioli in a creamy sauce with walnuts,snap peas and carrots. Week 4 - Up 0.4 pounds

So this week wasn't such a great week. I don't think I did that bad food-wise, but I did go out drinking a couple nights, drinking more than usual, and I didn't have a softball game last night like I usually do before my Thursday morning weigh-in. In any case, I was feeling rather bloated and knew that I was most likely going to gain this week. Look at the bright side: At least you didn't eat the entire pizza in one sitting ... I've been known to do that before, which is one reason why I've kind of been avoiding trying the new Papa John's whole wheat crust. I have a hard time stopping with just one slice.
