Yikes! Today is my first day dieting...wait I mean a lifestyle change! I am nervous and hoping that I am not, once again, setting myself up for failure! I have decided to follow the Weight Watchers program. I gave been quite successful with it in the past and is a great diet to follow since I am still breastfeeding. I recommend that when you decide to wean go gradually, one feeding every week or two and drop a couple of points each time...it would make the transition TONS easier!
