Starting Today - again
Having read Roni's blog for about a year now, and being a former member of the original community she built - I am finally starting over again .... today!
Reading the Eat Clean Diet book has given me a great boost to start over with a healthy eating plan of no processed foods, sugar or white flour - instead focusing on fruits, vegetables, complex carbs and lean protein.
In addition I plan on sticking to a healthy diet, I am going to start integrating exercise back into my daily life!
Stick with me in this battle to come out on the other side, victorious! :)

Anyway, thanks again for writing. I "kind of" of followed WW. A good girlfriend of mine did join ww and I watched how it worked so well for her for months. So one day (march 1) I woke up, said enough is enough. And since I am kind of cheap and because I know the only one who can do it for me is me.... I just kept looking for points on-line from websites. I made a copy for my home and one booklet stays in my purse. I found out what I was supposed to have for my weight. I made myself a goal chart in excel and one for in my purse. And I was off.
The rest is history as they say :)... well a lot of work, but history. I really just want it bad. I don't cheat myself. I have not really changed what I eat.. just how I eat and def how much.
as i look back the weight just fell off. My view has been that this has been the easiest and hardest thing I have done. Every yesterday was super easy, but each day is pretty hard. I also rely on myself only(ish) at least from the standpoint that I am the only one who can stop McD's FF from entering my mouth.
