Ok I didn't post last week
3 week weigh in: down .6 (I thought it would be more, do I was discouraged)
4 week weigh in: Down 1.4! much happier now.
My goal for next week is 1lb

Down .6 I know it's not great, but it's better than up! (that's what they all say) But I mean it. I know I'm not perfect bet I am sticking to it. Changing some habits along the way.

Weigh in was yesterday I was down 1.6. Now exactly what I wanted, but I was down…So I’m happy. I will have faith in myself

ment each day because each day has its own set of challenges
as far as food choices go. I am involved in a series of meetings
related to church in a nearby town, and meals are involved. I have
just packed a bag with WW friendly snacks to have so I am not too starved when mealtimes come if the food is something that
is "risky." I will be interested in hearing how you progress. It is my
opinion that WW is the best way because we are taught all kinds
of coping strategies, yet we are eating "real" food. :-)
