My tracking has been completely MIA the past few days. I've been really busy with work and school. I'm leaving tomorrow and will be out of town for a week so I've been trying to wrap a bunch of things up, too. That being said, my eating has left much to be desired. I guess it hasn't been *horrible*, but it hasn't been great, either. WI on Monday showed I was down 1.5 lbs over the past 3 weeks. Exercise: Walked 1.5 miles in 36 mins this morning (~2.5 mi/hr). Food: Breakfast - kashi puffs with 1 c soy milk Morning snack - plum, activia yogurt, 1 chocolate covered cherry (from coworker & very tasty!) Thanks for the comment on my "I think I was happier heavier" post. You really are right...these changes would have happened with or without the weight...I just seem to identify with having the weight on me with when things were more comfortable.

Thanks for the smoothie idea. I have some lite Hershey's syrup that will taste good with it. Someone else said that they use diet hot chocolate mix in theirs. There are definitely tons of ways to make various ones.
