
In April, 2000, I weighed 217 pounds. I joined Weight Watchers and reached my goal on March 16, 2001. I have maintained my loss since. I do not want to ever go back to "before".

In August, 2003, I climbed Mt. Monadnock. What a feeling! I keep that "before" picture to remind me that I need to work hard to Stay An After.
