The Falling Number Challenge Week 1 August 4-10 Weight: 217.8 (Weekly loss 0) (Fall Challenge Loss 0) (Overall Weight Loss -30.6) Food: I did pretty well this week. Monday was pretty strange I only ate 19 points I never have problem meeting my points but Monday I was flying home and just could not eat b/c I was nervous about flying. Hurricane Fay is bringing me down. I am so sick of this weather...I have not been able to go to the gym since Monday because its a glass enclosed room and i am scared of the thunder and lightning...yesterday I was tired of no official exercise for 3 days so I did a sort of boot camp in my apartment….and I repeated it tonight. Week 2 August 11-17 Weight: 217.5 (Weekly loss -0.3) (Fall Challenge Loss -0.3) (Overall Weight Loss -30.9) Food: As my first week in my new apartment I feel really great about my eating I stayed within my points for the week and even had 5 Flex Points left . My biggest splurge this week was splitting a banana split with Ben . I am all moved in to my new home in Florida. My trip home last week went very well. It was really jam packed every single day…I never really had time to think. I did manage to stay on program even though we dined out a lot and I only got to exercise 3 days….that’s not counting all the exercise I got packing the truck for the move.
