spinach-stuffed chicken roulades, but I forgot to buy spinach last time we went to the store...so...
Chicken Breasts with Jalapeno & Cheese Sauce (fewer carbs and not nearly as unhealthy as it sounds...I'll probably halve the recommended amounts for butter and oil, which are small already.)
