The last week wasn't the best - the last few weeks haven't been that great at all but I still manage…

The last week wasn't the best - the last few weeks haven't been that great at all but I still managed to do lots of walking and go to the gym 1 or 2 times a week - and would you believe it - at weigh in last Tuesday I actually lost body fat! The good and the bad of this week

So my 30 days never really started, which I'm fine by, to be honest. This week has been both good and bad. In good news, last night I finally conquered my night time eating! I realised I was just coming home, sitting in front of the tv and eating until I couldn't possibly eat any more. So I changed my routine. July 14th - The start of the 30 days

Well I was meant to quite sugar for 30 days today but I've given up on that idea before I started. Instead I plan on cutting down by actually eating a proper desert and not binging. The first day didn't go so well - once again it's night times i have trouble with. July 12th - Day 43

So i've given up keeping this regularly for now, however, I'm about to embark on quitting sugar for 30 days. i'll be starting on Monday the 14th and going through til Tuesday the 12th of August. nope, we certainly don't have baked beans for breakfast in new mexico! sounds interesting! don't you guys also have like roasted tomatoes?
