I went out and walked this morning.. I feel.. FABULOUS, I feel absolutely fantastic.. I think this was the kick in the pants that I needed to get myself back on track again, I really think it was. My friend Kenn is my health guru basically he is a trainer for a gym and a total fitness/health buff, but he's so awesome and not in the least judgmental of those who are not. I love this stuff, it says it has 1 serving of veggies and 1 serving of fruit in every 8oz glass and is only 2 points.. which is good for me because there are very few veggies that I actually like and and I'm stoked!

I’ve been such a slacker when it comes to posting and all that I just feel like I don’t have that much to say. I was told I have to stop the “emotional eating” and I know I do. I also have to stop eating to much when I go to my friends house. Easier said than done, when everyone’s like “hey lets go to denny’s” or “who’s up for taco bell” its not that I can’t eat those things because I can it’s just that I go in and get what I used to and I can’t do that anymore. My headspace has been so messed up lately. I don't know whats wrong with me, It's only like the fourth week or something like that. But I've already stopped writing my food journal. NOT SMART. I know, I only do really well when I journal and measure every bit of food. Which is what you're supposed to do, but unless I follow it to the T I falter.. I just can't get back into that headspace.
