Day 1- Get organized.
Hi,
I'm not new to blogging but I AM new to blogging about weight loss. It's not really a discussion that I want to have with my friends however it would be nice to have some support while I embark on my quest to get back on track. I just graduated from graduate school. Some people lose weight when they are stressed; I gain. a total of about 50 lbs to be exact. I've struggled with my weight since I was a teenager and now that I'm out of school I want to finally lose the weight but most importantly take advantage of the fact that my life is alot more stable. I can make a longer commitment to my health.
Anyway, this is day one, for real day one.
I had a fruit salad for breakfast (mango,pineaple,raspberries,sprouts and lettuce)
Seems fine so far right? well who knows what will happen by the end of the day.Dinnner is the hardest time for me because i grab what I can. The only successful program for me is to plan out my meals/caloric intake and stick to that.
I just moved back home and without a schedule, eating or other wise i'm lost.
according to my mothers scale 213lbs.

I thought I would stop by just to introduce myself. I am a work at home mom (WAHM) and I read your profile and I can understand I can understand where your comming from. I am committed to writing in my blog 3 to 4 times a week even if I mess up....I was on weight watchers and loss 8 lbs. but gained it back. I am now doing portions control and conscious eating w/ treadmill. How are you doing?
