How has everyone been?? Roni I love seeing your food videos.I really just love them.I think it is a great way to share your success.I also bet it keeps you on track too.I had a true Virus & had an IV to pep me up 12 days into my lathargic body on the couch.It was horrible in that I had absolutely no energy which led into a bad back of my head MIGRAINE!!!YUK!!! Just thought I'd drop a note and see how your doing. My last weigh in I was down 2 pounds but the week before 0. I have to workout or I don't loose the weight.
