Ok, ok...........SO Ive been just a little MIA. Has it been 1 or 2 months? Not really sure, but I completely fell off track. (ok, so my title is a little corny, but thats me;)
Weigh in day for Miss Candi and Im down 2 lbs! Im super excited, thats exactly what I needed. Its a little bittersweet though because this is actually weight Ive already lost since I gained 3lbs last weigh in. Thats ok though, at least I got back on track, which is an accomplishment in itself... Yay for me!

Its Tuesday and Im now offically 28 years old. Well actually since Saturday. I just dont know how I feel about this age. Not saying that 28 is old or anything but Im almost 30 and it feels

Yeah, what
is wrong with me? I did so bad last weekend and felt so guilty about it that I decided to screw things up the entire week..I only exercised twice, I ate pizza late last night....does it get much worse then that? I was doing so incredibly good, I was losing weekly and feeling great. Now why oh why would I do this? I really have no answers.
