Hi Annabelle. Yes, I'm still doing WW but must admit life sort of got in the way this summer so I have only been to meetings about once a month. The good news is that I've kept off all of the weight I've lost since I started. The not so good news is that I've sort of been in a holding pattern at 265 lbs. I know that if I tracked food and focused on getting in a walk or bike ride every day I'd go down again. As you already know by now. Changing your lifestyle is HARD WORK. Be proud of what you have accomplished, even small things.
